Until the release of official 4e D&D core products, I think it's best we try to keep the number of 4e discussion scrolls to a minimum. Thus, we've provided a new dicussion scroll in the WotC News and Releases shelf. Please direct all 4e discussion to this scroll.
4e doesn't seem a very positive thing at this stage; while there are things that need alteration in 3e, and even 3.5e, a radical re-engineering of the system doesn't seem like something that will be met with favorable attitudes. I think rolling out a set of books ala the Combat and Tactics guide from 2e would be better.
