All I can find is the First Shrine of the Queen of Air, under Akadi in Faiths & Avatars.

Anything else official?

Well I found this
quote:
Blaskaltar is nothing more than a broad, low mound of grassy earth warmed by the baking sun of the Shaar. Though rumor says that a city once stood on this site, no records of it exist, and no remnants of it are left - not even ruined stonework.

The followers of Akadi refer to this mound as the First Shrine of the Queen of Air and consider it the most important holy site of their faith. Every midsummer, followers of the Lady of the Winds gather here to worship her, swelling the nearby communities of Shaarmid and Kormul for several days.
Not sure how official it is though.

and also this
quote:
> While reading the Akadi entry I found a reference
> to the Ruins of
> Blaskaltar located in the Shaar. Does anyone recall
> its approximate
> location or on which 2e book this info is found?

Gosh, there is so much lore in FR that's it's hard
to keep track of it all. I can help on this one
though. The Ruins of Blaskaltar are located in the
southeast corner of the Shaar..due north of the town
of Kormul, about inline with the middle of Lake
Lhespan on the west side of The Golden Road.(On the
map in FRCS there are five tiny dots in a 'V' shape
about where the ruins are)
I found it on my old, old FR Atlas, pg 9. The atlas
is where I normaly look to find stuff. I think it has
the most compleat maps out there. Most other maps cut
stuff for space, neatness or just plain lazyness. It
does appear that somewhere their exists a massive,
detalied map of the realms. Too bad they can't give
us all a copy.

"Caring for afterwards ...? Ker repeated this without understanding.
"After action, afterwards," the dragon said. "Choose the afterwards first, then the action. Fools choose action first."

The description of the First Shrine in F&A definitely says the mound is found "in the ruins of Blaskaltar" which implies that Blaskaltar was larger than the mound/shrine. Also, "the structure is gone" so either a tangible temple/shrine was built on top of the mound or the mound is what remains of the temple/shrine.
