I'm hoping to pick up my first sets on Tuesday... although given the holiday, they may arrive in Perth a little later than originally expected.

Give your FLGS a call

SGC was origionally saying Tuesday next as well but when I rang them yesterday they said it would be out on Saturday (Apparently the Stores will have it on Thursday but they wont be able to sell it until Saturday)

Also Dungeon 121 with Skip Williams Secret of the Arch Wood is also out

Are you planning to pick up the magazine? If so, I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts on the adventure once you read it.

I didn't pick up any ettins myself, but a friend of mine received several. I've already asked if he's willing to sell a few (I bought two just this morning), so I might see if he's willing to send them interstate.

One of the WOSQ chicks. I like how that's worded. And I'll be curious to see a mini's take on any of the dark elven ladies featured in the series.

Hmmm... Interesting.

I hope we'll also see some of the other archon types -- specifically the tome archon. They were always my favorite.

You don't know how hard it is to stop myself from starting to buy these minis. It's the collectability thing that draws me - the thrill of finding the thrice-damned beholder!

Of course, I'll never use them and they'll just end up getting passed on or thrown away like my Star Wars figures, basketball cards, MtG cards, et. al.

Must resist!

I'll admit that I've had to cut back recently. It has become rather too expensive to purchase numerous boxes of expansions in the hopes of gaining the minis that I want in particular.

That's the reason I've not purchased any of the figures. In the mid-90s, I sank a lot of money into a couple different CCGs, and when I bailed on them, I swore I'd not do that again.
