How do you pronounce this name?
'Zh' is like 'z' in 'azure' or like in 'zebra'?

Its a 'z' like in zebra. The 'h' is silent, so its pronounced Zent-arim.

That's a little strange... I'd always placed only the slightest emphasis on the "h"...
