Where can I find more lore on the position of Revered Counselor? Is this title unique to Nexal, or do other nations/city states have them too? The position appears to the a priest-king type job where the RC is mouthpiece of the god.
Thanks

The warchiefs that had always ruled the Mazticans also evolved
with the change in the tribe's name. No longer would it be the crude,
albeit effective, men of war who determined all matters of import
pertaining to the well-being of the tribe. With their ascension to city
status, the Mazticans — now called the Nexala — declared their leaders
to be the “Revered Counselors” charged with the governing of the
truly civilized locales.

"Caring for afterwards ...? Ker repeated this without understanding.
"After action, afterwards," the dragon said. "Choose the afterwards first, then the action. Fools choose action first."
