The sourcebook for D&D3e City of Splendors: Waterdeep mentions the Silent Shield Inn and Athal's Stables but I did not find any information about them, except they are an inn/storage built in North Ward and a generic stable built in South Ward. Is there a sourcebook, or a novel, or a game where they have been detailed?
Athal's Stables have been around since the first Waterdeep products. The only other information regarding this location can be found in "Secrets of the Magister" (p.75) as one of the Refuges of the former Magister Maldiglas can be found near there.
