The downloadable supplements for Murder in Baldur's Gate has stats for NPCs and monsters for three editions of D&D. How cool is that?

One can only hope but from judging WotC's track record, probably not. Most likely adventures will be created fully with D&D:Next mechanics in mind. Paizo did the same thing, creating APs that slowly transitioned from v3.5 to Pathfinder. OF course, the transistion wasn't nearly as glaring.
