Magic of Faerun page 4 is a diatribe by Khelben Arunson leading up to him threatening to murder a Thayvian wizard. Anyone know who wrote that paticular passage?

If you mean the tome written by Sean Reynolds, Duane Maxwell and Angel McCoy, Khelben's parting words to the Thayan are on page 3.
Aside from those three given credit on the cover, the interior credits list 8 other people under "additional design" + 4 others as editors. Steven Schend isn't on the list, though Ed Greenwood is.
If I were to bet on it, I'd say Ed Greenwood or possibly Richard Baker wrote it. |

I don't believe it was Ed. (This based on private, face-to-face, across glass and bottle-littered tables chats we've had in the past.) |

I'd venture also that it isn't Angel McCoy...while my talk with her about the book was VERY limited, I do know that her main focus in the work had to do with the Fey and such. |
