I assume The street chase and rooftop chase could happen in any number of areas of the city, and clearly Mistshore is in the dock ward, my guess is maybe out by Coin Alley on Sail Street. Although Mirt may not like such a rough area near his mansion, or possibly somewhere between the Soaring Pegasus and Angry Coxswain on Dock Street. Clearly the Mausoleaum is in the City of the Dead. The Cellar Complex, again could be underneath any number of parts of the city, though it might be good to put it somewhere in Trades Ward, would just need to be along a sewer route.
