Hey all. I am starting as DM next month in forgotten realms, and i am
going to need some npc at level 7 - 12. plz poste som of ure Best / Funny/irritating

I've used Paint (I'm not so skillful with these things), surely there are better programs (Photoshop?, my avatar's lost much on quality due to resizing)

There's plenty of freeware for cropping and resizing images... I prefer Irfanview, myself.

There are many sites with fantasy pictures (those you're mentioned are fine, I like to print some for PCs when I'm DMing) for NPCs this one is good http://phaere-tail.tripod.com/

There's been some NPCs detailed in the various volumes of the Candlekeep Compendium, including a couple of Lords of Waterdeep that I created. One or more of those may suit your purposes. Just click on the link in my sig.
