According to the Player's Guide to Faerūn (2004), a hole was torn in the Sharn Wall in 1371 DR. Was that hole ever repaired, or does the breach remain?

| The Sharn Wall is very likely destroyed. That hole is for sure never repaired, and the Sharn Wall was completely destroyed at the end of Anauroch: The Empire of Shade for 3e. Because the first two adventures of that trilogy are canon (they are noted in GHotR), the third likely is, but I haven't found a direct reference since. (Not surprising, with the hash 4e and 5e make of things.) If you find a 4e or 5e canonical reference to the Nether Scrolls or the Terraseer, that would establish Anauroch as canon. |
