Can an evil person enter Silverymoon via teleportation by using one of the Jewels of Neverwinter? Or would he be blocked by the magical wards of the city?
Anyone any ideas? I guess the Jewel would overrule the need for a token in order to teleport into the city since otherwise it kind of makes it ability to teleport to Silverymoon kind of pointless.
I'm not sure. Would depend on the edition I guess? I'd say that if the jewel is pretty powerful then it would work. What purpose does this effect achieve? If it's for the story/plot then I'd say yes, they override mechanics IMO.
