The only one description I saw came from Fiend Folio. I was told this monsters were writen about in Dragon #339, but I did not see it.

Moreover, I read that they have been involved in FR softwares only.

That's all that I know about them.

That is correct. They were featured in a Classic Creatures article by Sean K Reynolds, IIRC.
