I also sent a request for a new avatar to Alaundo. Thought posting it here would help in case my e-mail got lost somewhere along the way.

Nice avatar, Amalkah Baenrahel. Is that Liriel?

And Sage, yours is nice, too. I thought for a moment we had a new Mod. Who is that, anyway?

To be honest, I can't recall.

I used to have the names of the *many* avatars I've incorporated into my profile, listed somewhere. But I can't find it at the moment.

It looks like from one of the book covers I browsed just recently... Terry Pratchet's, I guess. I can't recall the title, though.

It's prolly on a DVD or thumb drive. You've been thru so many avatars, I don't think the list would fit on a CD!

Maybe you should set up a script that randomly changes your avatar after every post...

I have actually been thinking about incorporating a specialised routine in SageBrowser for exactly that purpose.

Knowing you, though, I'll learn coding and figure out how to do this before you get around to doing it!

Well, there's the actual number, and what I've convinced myself the number should be.

So I guess you've provided your point.

Unless there's Calishite Dancing Girls involved, I'm not interested.

Calishite dancing girls? Wouldn't that be a great animated-GIF avatar? For someone, anyway; it's not really something I would define myself as.

Edit: It certainly seems to be something that would be interesting to The Sage, anyway...

Playing in the Realms since the Old Grey Box (1987)... and *still* having fun with material published before 2008, despite the NDA'd lore.

If it's comparable in power with non-magical abilities, it's not magic.

That would only be cool if it didn't change your avatar retroactively; that is, if it kept (for each post) the avatar you used when you made the post. I can see a whole lot of confusion being caused that way, tho...

Edit: Mind you, I've only changed my avatar 3 times since I registered here at the 'Keep... as for when that was, I'm not exactly sure any more... hence the Larloch avatar.

Mods,

(For those who've changed their avatars for the nth time.) Can you make our old avatars available in the options so that should we wish to use them again, we may?
