I'm running this with my home group right now and interested to hear how this worked for other groups?
We are only 10th level,but have chewed through most of the encounters so far.
*****SPOILERS***************************************
We used the wizards pseudodragon to scout the barracks at night. Then we made a plan to sneak in the back door.
Well the one guard back there that was not sleeping rolled a 20 on the perception check. Huge battle ensues.
We lost 1 PC but was able to bring her back. It was hard fight since our main fighter was stunned for 7 rounds by the slaad.
How did your group handle this and the subsequent encounters?
Any tips for me, the DM?
