Is there a Novel that tells the story of the spellplauge, how cyric planned and did what he did?

No. The Spellplague is only touched in the Empyrean Odyssey and Abolethic Sovereignity trilogies.

Not much beyond what Irennan listed, however the Emyprean Odyssey shows the deed (as witnessed through the eyes of a mortal)
