Hi every one,
As I said in previous posts I am currently working on campaign modules about Cormyr before the fall of Myth Drannor (629 DR - 661 DR).
As we know the Obarskyr family came from Impiltur with his culture and religion. On these dates the king Draxius (and previous indentites...) rules the Cowntry.
I am currently working on the religion thought the Cowntry. I would for the throne a strong and conservative religion which support the king (non a state religion...).
My first idea was to make Ilmater and Deneir as the first churches of the Cowntry (Tymora and Lathander coming later after the fall of the Myth)
My question is regarding the modern establishement of the Ilmater church, an older way more into orthodoxy and more into the physics penitence can be possible ? Something less soft than the modern cult.
May be pervert by some Loviathar followers... Who knows... :)
If you have some canon ideas.
