This little project truly started as a joke, but then it kept going and going, and it ended up being one of my favorites.

If you remember the dohwar from 2nd edition Spelljammer, I had one of their ships crash land in Maztica long before the Spellplague. The dohwar found a batrachi artifact and have since become kind of bad@$$. I don't know what possessed me to go this route, but I thought it would be fun. I hope you enjoy it, even if you don't like the idea much, you have to admit it's different!

Here is the link to TWM4 The Penguinfolk.

There are many, like the Galápagos penguin, that are based in warm climes. Also, these are updated spaceborne Penguinfolk already established in Spelljammer that had no climate restrictions.

"These things also I have observed: that knowledge of our world is
to be nurtured like a precious flower, for it is the most precious
thing we have. Wherefore guard the word written and heed
words unwritten and set them down ere they fade . . . Learn
then, well, the arts of reading, writing, and listening true, and they
will lead you to the greatest art of all: understanding."
