Wasn't the Dungeon of the Hark or a similar area published that line? I know I have some holes in my lore due to either that or the old school Living City stuff.

Dungeon of the Hark was originally an RPGA adventure for the 2nd edition that had been revised for later editions. Eric Boyd is the original author of the adventure, to my knowledge. I've seen the revised adventure (for 3e/3.5e), but never the original 2e version. I believe it was set in the Savage Frontier/Northern Sword Coast, at the north end of the High Moor.
