A little thread necromancy is in order.
I owned the first book in this set and always intended to plunder bits of it for my regular (at the time) 3E Realms campaign, but I never quite got around to using it.
In the interim I've since paired down my RPG collection and I think I ended up giving that adventure over to a used bookstore.
I never purchased Rappan Athuk 2 or 3 (or Rappan Athuk Reloaded). In fact I didn't even know they existed until I found them on DriveThru RPG this evening. |

I have seen many many adventures and adventure paths. But man, this lets even undermountain look like a playground for children....

| To be honest, I've never heard of this before, but now I'm stashing money to buy the 'reloaded' version. If there are any other gems like this please share them. I'm always in the market for good content (especially where new/creative/inventive magic is to be had). |

just as an example, in the wilderness area even before entering the dungeon, the party can, and not even has to try too hard, into a troupe of almost 70 trolls.
that is pretty frekking hard already. and just one example. |
