Here is a link showing off the cover art for Rosemary Jones' Cold Steel and Secrets novella series. Is this going to be an e-book only thing?

Yes. As far as I know, this will be an e-book only thing. Of course, if you like it and post glowing reviews at Amazon or on the Wizards community forums (such as the Nina Hess Book Wyrms thread), WOTC might be tempted to release a book version.

If you don't like it, just kick the author here. But gently. She bruises easily.

All four parts are out now, and you can enjoy the whole story without waiting a month for "what happens next..."

Cheers!

I used to say the same thing. Then I got a Kindle Fire as a gift. I love the heck out of it and I will probably stop buying paper books. It's just so much easier getting and reading the eBook. The only problem is the pricing. I can live with the $6 price point on new paperback size releases...for now. But I am refusing to buy hardcover eBooks that sell at $15. I can wait them out for a lower price.
