Poll Question:
If you could bring any of the Dadra Lords from the Elder Scrolls games, who would it be? There are other Daedric Lords (Princes) that I didn't have enough room for on here. Please tell why you want them, what their cult would be like, what enemies they would have and what allies they would have.

your poll sucks into the madness of Sheogorath as it is incomplete.
you forgot jyggylag Deadric prince of order
umm I voted for Azura |
why is being a wizard like being a drow? both are likely to find a dagger in the back from a rival or one looking to further his own goals, fame and power

I couldn't put all of them on the poll. They wouldn't fit. I said in the initial post that I couldn't put all of them on there. |

I'll admit I've thought about this, and even making some of their quests as adventures in the Realms.
Not sure how I'd translate the Daedra Lords into the Realms though. |

I think Mephala would give Lolth a hard time. |

In that regard, you find this somewhat informative.

Tough choice... went Vaermina, as the whole dreams/omens thing isn't as heavily spoken for by other beings in the realms, AFAIK. Importing the whole lot of them as some kind of anomalous category of planar beings could be fun... Y'know, cause all the deities, demigods, demon lords, arch devils, arch fey, elemental princes, abomanations, primordials, primal spirits, Lovecraftian horrors and level 97 PCs might get lonely. :)
Edit: forgot arch angels and slaad lords... |

Lol Vaermina! She's my favourite. What do you guys think about Lolth vs. Mephala. I think that if she came into the Realms, Lolth would definately have to watch her back. |

I voted for Azura, because I really like her, and her artifact is so cool. (Refillable soul gem?! GIMME!!!) I also love Sheogorath, cause his realm is awesome, and I LOVED the quest in Oblivion! (Flaming dogs raining on a cat-folk village! Gotta love that nutty Daedra Lord.) The Lord of Chaos (forgot his name) was fun too. I enjoyed the little no-clothes spell I got out of that one. But I had more fun with the Wabbajack. |

I love Vaermina, Azura, and Sheogorath. Sheogorath is absolutely hilarious. Everytime I talked to him, he made me laugh. And when he turned to Jyggalag, his speech before, he made me really sad and feel for him. Vaermina is just awesome all around. Dreams, nightmares, omens, PLUS the Skull of Corruption? BADASS!! Azura is just amazing. |

Which Daedra Prince would I bring into the Realms?
Cheese for everyone!
And while the topic is around, might I just say that the Elder Scrolls lore is some of the most complex and deep (and in some ways confusing) of any world or setting I've ever seen.
Mantling, Sithis, Alduin/Auri-El/Akatosh, what are the Daedra and Aedra, what is Oblivion, how does Oblivion relate to Mundus, Masser and Secunda, Lorkhan, Dagoth Ur, the Sharmat, the Dreamsleeve... it's some crazy stuff. |

Elder Scrolls lore is extremely intricate. And there's still A LOT that has not yet been touched on. The High Elves haven't hardly been talked about at all. |

LOL! In all fairness, my Argonians are NOT lizards- they're drow..... Pirates of the Drowibbean, anyone? Or how about: "I am the Dread Pirate Drowberts! There will be no survivors!" Or, Pirates of Drowzance? *sings* "OHHHHH_ I AM the Pirate King! and it is, it is a glorious thing to be the Pirate King!" (Yes, I'm a Broadway Musical Geek.... Gotta love Gilbert and Sullivan!) Okay, that's enough goofiness for now. I'd better stop before a Mod gets cranky. Can't have cranky Space Hamsters, right? |

Bah! Cranky Sages are worse. The Lady K can attest to that.

"I understand Daedra worship has become increasingly prevalent in the Summerset Isle."
...
I always loved the random tidbits Oblivion NPCs often came up with. |

Which npc said that, and which game? That makes me happy to see that Daedra worship is starting to become common amongst the Altmer! I really love the Daedra, they are so much cooler than Aedra, and more powerful if you think about it. |

'Twas any of the NPCs, really, when they're standing around and chatting in the streets or taverns -- most always in the Imperial City. Just listen long enough to them, and they'll exchange several interesting tidbits about the Summerset Isle.
And the game was The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. |
