Well I found a summery that appears required to have. "Alignment: NG, LN, N, CN,
NE.
Know (nature): 8 ranks.
Perform: 8 ranks.
Survival: 5 ranks.
Min Lvl: Brd7, Drd13."

Other then more levels required, it does appear Arcane and Divine casting rank increase at least 1st two levels.

Got it. I think i may have 'cracked the code'. The Feat is called Southern Magician, and it is from races of Faerun.

Prerequisite: Mulan human, ability to cast 2nd-level spells.
Benefit: Once per day per two spellcaster levels, you can
cast a divine spell as an arcane spell, or vice versa.

Do me a favor and let me know if that build doesn't work.

This Build only leaves me 3 Feats (i think) but it puts the character at:

Wizard Spells; 17th level caster and 9th level spells
Druid Spells; 15th level caster and 8th level spells
Bardic Knowledge/Music; 11th level

I am going to get some rest. Perhaps you folks can suggest some feats to let Int bonus replace other bonuses? I will work on it tomorrow.

I'd love to try some pbp, but never have. PM me a game i could lurk at. I think it would be fun to play with someone who has tabletop software.

What's up with regional feats? are those 'extra'? or just options. And what's up with Regional Backgrounds? Are those extra languages? or just options?

What's the opinion on this Regional Background writing as concerns "Speak Druidic"? I think it's fair, and would let me change the Druid level to a Cleric one.

Bardic Tutelage from Champions of Valor:

Some children are educated by Bards in
lore and their roles in shaping civilized
society.

Region: Any with a bardic college.
Automatic Languages: As region.
Bonus Languages: As region, plus any one (including dead
languages).

BTW, which divine spells do the most instant damage?
