Is the crowned skeletal monarch (?) on a throne, whose image and likeness appears in some D&D works, called "Barkas Snoddy," or "Barakus Snoddy"? If someone knows, would they please post the answer here?

Mmh - as far as I know there is an artist by the name 'Brian Snoddy' and he at least did the cover art of the 3.5 adventure Lost City of Barakus.
