Ok, IDHTBIFOM so I just typed from memory... if I'd had it to hand then I would have been able to look up where the entrance was exactly.

There's at least one more entry in Shadowdale. It leads to Grinding Gulch, as featured in REF6 Lords of Darkness, but also mentioned in the Shadowdale booklet in the 2nd edn. Revised Boxed set.

Daggerdale

* There is also the (unreliable) report about a series of Underdark connections beneath the ruins of White Crag in the Dagger Hills.
Source: (9392) The Dalelands

* In Dagger Falls, the temple of Lathander is said to have tunnels beneath which lead to the Underdark.

Deepingdale

* From Volo's Guide to the Dalelands source, the Darkwatch contains a rift to the Underdark.

Featherdale

* Details pertaining to a link with the Underdark in Mistfall House (a former temple to Leira), in Feather Falls.

Thats the event I was thinking of and -4000 DR is to early for Dwarves in Cormanthor

From Realmslore's A Grand History of the Realms -

quote:
The Dark Court Slaughter: Drow and duergar attack and destroy Elven Court and Sarphil beginning at the start of the year on Midwinter Night. Within days, Elven Court is in ruins and Sarphil is occupied by the drow and duergar. The Dark Court Slaughter claims the lives of many clan leaders of Elven Court and both the Coronals of Rystall Wood and Jhyrennstar.
Sources:- WTC11836 (I can't recall the title of this tome) and TSR1165 (Cormanthyr: Empire of Elves).

In 713 DR, the drow once again attack and conquer the Twisted Tower. This occurs during the length of the Weeping War. Given the concentration of elven forces elsewhere during the time, it might appear that the drow took advantage of a decreased elven garrison in the Twisted Tower.

Wasnt that during the Weeping war?

I cant seem to find any reference of the Dark Court slaughter in the LEOF timeline though

It was never particularly stated though, where the specific Underdark entrances were located... was it?
