Am I right in thinking that there is no equivalent to item toughness/item hps in 5E? In other words, there is no system whereby you can damage mundane items and/or equipment? I can't seem to find anything that gives items a durability value that can be the subject of damage. Can anyone enlighten me if I've missed something?

Thanks hashimashadoo, you are a champion.
