I Am Not A Bear Posted - 03 Jan 2008 : 21:28:28
Just thought I should say hello.

I actually was introduced to Forgotten Realms through playing Neverwinter Nights which then got the ball rolling in terms of playing Baldur's Gate, etc and other various FR related games. I also just recently started reading the books when I picked up the annotated Elminster series.

My interests in terms of FR are pretty broad, but I especially enjoy reading anything about the Silver Marches.

Also, I am not a bear.

Indeed welcome. I have only been posting here for a few months and I really enjoy the discussion. You will find a wealth of information, and if you have any questions to where some information might be located do not hesitate to ask! The halls of Candlekeep are rich with knowledge, but sometimes a learned scribe is needed to plumb its depths.

The name has stuck for a while.

Well, if you're not a bear, then we know that Stephen Colbert will like you.

Ahem.

Welcome to Candlekeep!

Feel free to ask any questions you may have... A lot of us have been Realms fans for years, and we know a thing or three about the setting. Plus, we've got some of the authors and creators here!

As for the rest of us, we are friendly, mostly harmless, and occasionally strange... Enjoy your stay!

Welcome Iamnotabear!

May the Lady of the Forest guode thou path and the Lord of Knowledge and Binder of what is Known shall grant thee his blessings as long as you wander the Halls of Candlekeep and beyond.

Enjoy your stay at the Keep as I do.
