Is there a source which gives the date when Kezef bit off Tyr’s hand?

Perhaps what happens with these deity clones is that a power that sends its avatar to Realmspace, and if Ao wishes, it can take this avatar and ascend it to godhood, creating a split, new deity. This is probably what happened to Tyr, and likely makes gods of other places circumspect about sending their avatars to Realmspace (loss of an avatar, identity confusion on the planes).

In terms of Kezef, I can't give a date (its probably in pre-history), but realms Tyr might be unconsciously following the path of the original Tyr, losing his hand to Kezef as the original Tyr lost his hand to Fenrir. We can infer that Tyr became truly unique when Ao blinded Tyr during the time of troubles, finally putting realms Tyr on a different path to original Tyr.

In Norse mythology, the Fenrir wolf bit off Tyr's hand (with all the other major gods present) somewhat early in the story of things.

And we know Tyr arrived in the Realms from some other (Norse) world, with great brilliance and fanfare, at the vanguard of an army of "angels". Realms-Tyr is somehow derived from Norse-Tyr, some sort of independent fork or clone or aspect.

And no other Norse dieties are part of the Realms pantheon.

This suggests that Tyr's hand was already gone when he arrived in the Realms.

There is no date. It is a "Once upon a time..." event.
