Hello, sages!

I have a question about Fey-Alamtine and current timeline. I know that Malar destroyed it and cut off the way to Evermeet for elven people from Gwynneth.

But now in 5e timeline we have Sarifal and Synnoria back. And eladrins have a portal wich they used to teleporting to Feywild.

Is this portal build as replacement for Fey-Alamtine? Is it build in the exact same place? Did Alamtine get back their powers as key-item for this gate?

Sorry for my English and if this question was answered already.

Master Krashos,

I think you may have a +#8734; to your diplomacy check. That was simply put a masterful way to handle a possible editions war question (whether intended by Acolyte Keseril or not) that could have gone down a deep, dark hole. haha

Well played sir.

Best regards,

The distinct feature of the 4E and 5E FR settings is a lack of emphasis on background lore. So if something "turned up" in the Realms in earlier editions, especially in a novel such as Fey-Alamtine, then there is little chance they were ever expanded upon or dealt with in the context of new developments to the setting. There is no answer to your question. Make something up that suits your game.

Okay! I get it. Thank you very much for clarification.
