Just saw this. Its Pay What you Want. Its 173 pages long. Its obviously a good fit for Kara-Tur. Its basically an adaptation of Avatar: The Last Airbender to 5e.

The rules may or may not be broken, but I figure anyone that put this much effort into a Pay what you want has to have at least some rules you can scrounge.

It looks interesting. Basically expanding on the Monk Arch-type that makes you similar to a Bender. I like how there's explanations in the PDF for the Forgotten Realms. They should have mechanics for Hook Swords.
