Few things bring back that old school D&D feel like Bane!

He made an appearance in Unholy, or one of the other books in that series.

He haves an appearance in the novel Stormlight, there he tries to resurrect himself.

He has some minor appearances in the novel Tymora's Luck, but that's about it for him and novels.

Tymora's Luck is the third book of the Lost Gods trilogy. The second book of that trilogy is a Dragonlance novel, and has no real function in the trilogy other than introducing a character for the third book (it is otherwise entirely unrelated). The first book is Finder's Bane, which focuses heavily on Finder and an attempt to resurrect the then-dead Bane.

And of course, these books are by the wonderful writing duo of Kate Novak and Jeff Grubb. If you read them, you should first learn about Finder by reading the Finder's Stone trilogy, which is one of the best trilogies we've had written for the Realms.

Is there a Novel on Iyachtu Xvim?

None of them, really. Bane died during the Avatar trilogy, and popped back up during 3E. The only info we got was a blurb in the 3E FRCS.

There is some evidence that it isn't really Bane, at least, not as he originally was. It could be that the current incarnation of Bane is some mixture of Bane and the Baneson Iyachtu Xvim. My preferred theory, however, is that it's not Bane at all, but Xvim impersonating his dad. Admittedly, though, it's a theory - lots of odd little things, with nothing conclusive.
