Here are some more 4e conversions. Let me know what you think.

Chitine

Racial Traits
Average Height: 3’10”–4’5”
Average Weight: 70–95 lb.

Ability Scores: +2 Dexterity, +2 Constitution
Size: Small
Speed: 6 squares, climb 4 squares
Vision: Darkvision

Languages: Common, Deep Speech
Skill Bonus: +2 Athletics, +2 Stealth
Four-armed Grappler: You have +4 bonus to your Strength attack when attempting a grab.
Webbed Net: You can use webbed net as an encounter power.

Webbed Net Racial Power
Encounter * Poison
Standard Action Close blast 2
Targets: All creatures in area.
Attack: Dexterity vs. Reflex
Hit: Targets are restrained until the end of your next turn.

Yes, I'm trying to convert most of the Realms races from various source books, and gloamings or on my short-term list .

Also, I still need some advice on my Saurial conversions.

Their daily power is a little overpowered, that's the reason I only gave them one ability bonus. Changing the daily power to regain use of an used encounter power is a good idea.

The only problem is that the Deep Imaskari daily thing might be a bit apocalyptic, especially at lower levels. Maybe switch it from 'clutching' dailies to encounters (still once a day) and giving +2 to another stat (perhaps wisdom)?
