Just thought I'd mention it.

A round of applause for such a devoted loremaster!

Cheers

Id be stunned if at some point Sage hasnt worked on a better battery....

The Sagergizer.....it has twice the power and thrice the potential of conventional batteries, but when a load is applied to it...you cannot really know when the power will be delivered

How about something neutral....since feelings towards you run the gamut.

how about Great Provoker?

Say what you will, but You "provoke" discussion and thoughts......among other things

Don't you get to pick a unique name at 10K?

Title, not name. Sage was originally Loremaster Most High, until I pointed out that the now-current title was more descriptive.
Aye.

I drew the "Loremaster Most High" title directly from Oghma's entry in Faiths & Avatars. At the time, it seemed appropriate because I was often a regular font for Realms knowledge when Candlekeep was a lot more active than it is now.

But Wooly's suggestion works better, and reflects my personal habits both here and in the real world, so... I decided to stick with that instead.

Several folks here dubbed me the Master of Mischief, hence my chosen title.

"Cast Raise Scroll"

Just noticed Sage got to 30k posts, congrats

Sorry if this had been brought up in another scroll.
The Sage Posted - 03 Aug 2009 : 14:39:24
Wooly has the right of it.

Seriously, if I devoted as much time to my "To-Do" list as I do Candlekeep, you'd likely never hear from me.

I think it'd be the other way... He'd be so busy that he'd only have 2,000 posts, not 20,000!

Aye.

There's a few scribes from around that time who are still largely active here. Which is good. The age and maturity of this community has always been one of Candlekeep's main strengths, I think

And I came back, Wooly the spring chicken.

And I was glad to see you come back.

And so was I.

In fact, Arivia's return reminded me of just how much I missed some of our other once-regular scribes who no longer visit these halls.

It might be time for me to contact them all by ethereal mail once again. Like I did back in '07.

Well, at least you got it into the right scroll, if it wasn't going to start a new scroll of its own...

-36,000, and a little change and counting. Add my posts from here, I guess, and that's about 37,000 abouts.

Indeed.

Aside from Alaundo, I think I'm one of the few remaining "First Ones" who still continuously participate here at Candlekeep. Hard to believe that come September, I will have been active in these halls for about 8 years.
