Does anyone knows the type of weather Waterdeep has in winter? I suspect since its near the ocean that its pretty humid and not too cold...But anywhere to find the real description?

Also what happens to trade in winter? Does the harbor froze or the city keeps receiving ships and goods for foreign lands? How about the caravans? Stucked in the snow or still moving?

I guess if the trade is less intense in winter, a few people must be unemployed...Some guilds may even be closed for winter...

Any ideas?

I don't think so. Or rather, the last time I checked, it hadn't been archived.

WotC doesn't have stored in the archives the Waterdeep weather indicator anymore, does it?

Thank You Sage! It was exactly what I was looking for! :)

There's an entire section in the 2e City of Splendors tome titled "Waterdeep in Winter." It covers much of what you're looking for.
