I've spent years lurking hereabouts and have thoroughly enjoyed reading discussions (and finding answers to questions I've held onto for 25+ years along the way). However, now that the possibility of actually returning to FR to run a game of my own looms on the horizon, I reckoned it was a good time to join in and ask some questions of my own.
My primary experience with the Realms is firmly as a player/reader of the late 1E to late 2E variety, but I know enough of 3-5 that, if you hum a few bars, I can fake it. In the meantime, thanks for bearing with me while I find the tune.

Feel free to ask any questions you may have... A lot of us have been Realms fans for years, and we know a thing or three about the setting. Plus, we've got some of the authors and creators here! 
As for the rest of us, we are friendly, mostly harmless, and despite Dalor Darden's warning, rarely scary... Enjoy your stay!  |
