Would a cleric of Selune visiting Zakhara be familiar with the customs of Selan's priests, or is there some connection with Sune ? Thanks.

There are many ways to serve a God, Toril is a large place and many cultures have their own customs and traditions, sometimes a God chances his appereance or even his name for a specific group of worshipers to understand them better.
I do not know the official answer of that question so i am posting my own opinion. My Bet would be that our Selunite cliric would not be familiar at first sight but he study deeper into their philosophy he could find some similarities
